Are prices for one person or two?
Every price on this page is the total for two people, including the combinations and individual couples experiences.
Do we float together in the same cabin?
Yes. The couples experience includes floating together in a spacious Couples Cabin. You can also ask for two separate float tanks when arranging your visit.
Can we choose separate cabins or massage rooms?
The existing couples offer allows the same float tank or two separate tanks, and a Couples Massage room or two separate massage rooms. Tell the team your preference and confirm availability when booking.
Are these experiences suitable for first-time visitors?
New to floating? Our team explains the experience, answers questions and shows you around when you arrive. Read our first-float guide. If you are unsure about massage or hot/cold contrast, ask the team before buying so they can help you choose.
What is included, and what should we bring?
Your selected treatments, their listed durations, complimentary tea and lounge time are included. Towels, slippers and earplugs are provided for floating. Bring a comb if you need one and a contact-lens case if you wear contacts. Ask the team about what to wear for contrast therapy.
How much time should we allow for each package?
Complete Reset includes 165 minutes of treatments; Float + Massage includes 120 minutes, with the existing couples page recommending about 3 hours for the visit; Float + Contrast includes 105 minutes. Allow additional time for arrival, showers and transitions. Arrive 15 minutes early and ask the team to confirm the total visit time for your chosen package.
Do we choose a date before or after buying?
You can check availability before buying, particularly for a special occasion. Buying online purchases the experience; it does not reserve a date or time. After payment, contact us with your order number to arrange an appointment. Wait for the team's confirmation before treating your visit as booked.
Can we buy this as a gift?
Yes. You can use our gift-voucher preparation page, where you can add the purchased sessions and the order number from your order email. For a combination gift, confirm its validity and booking terms with our team before buying.
How long is the purchased experience valid?

How do rescheduling and cancellations work?
Please ask our team for the rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms that apply to your specific package before purchasing. If your plans change, contact the team with your order number and appointment details.
Where are you located, and is parking available?
We are on the first floor of Village Mall, Jumeirah Street, Dubai. Free unlimited covered parking is available for guests. From the parking entrance, take the nearest lift to the first floor. View directions.
